These\ncomprise 14 white wines, 26 red wines, 2 Cap Classiques and 1 Cape Tawny. <\/p><p>This Virtual Live Auction will be hosted by Strauss &amp; Co, South Africa\u2019s leading art and wine auction house. Being a Virtual Live auction, online, telephonic and commission bidding will also be available. Those wishing to bid will be able to register online with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straussart.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Strauss &amp; Co (opens in a new tab)\">Strauss &amp; Co<\/a> from Monday, 12 September 2022. <\/p><p>While another online auction\n\u201cThe CWG Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Programme Auction\u201d is running for one week, starts Monday, 26\nSeptember at 08:00, closes from 19:00 on Monday, 3 October 2022. Registration\nis scheduled to go live on 26 September 2022.<\/p><p><strong>The Hong Kong tastings of both the 2022 Nedbank CWG Auction wines and the CWG Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Programme Auction wines will be held at 18:30 on Tuesday, 6 &amp; 13 September 2022 and are complimentary. They will be accompanied by a comprehensive selection of South African inspired canap\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p><p>Given the high value and rarity of the wines on offer, all potential bidders attending this free tasting are requested to complete a simple registration document <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crownwinecellars.com\/app\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CWG-Bidding-Form-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"click here (opens in a new tab)\">click here<\/a>. This can be done prior to the event via <a href=\"mailto:gfan@crownww.com;nshek@crownww.com?subject=Registration for CWG Pre-auction Wine Tasting\">Garland Fan<\/a>, or alternatively, a registration table will be set up at the event to complete a registration form, the list of wines and a tasting glass. <\/p><p>The Nedbank Cape Winemakers\nGuild Auction is recognized as South Africa\u2019s leading wine auction and since\n1982, it has become a benchmark of excellence and the CWG label is widely held\nas an authentic assurance of quality and craftsmanship.&nbsp; <\/p><p>The majority of the wines on\noffer are produced in extremely low quantities making them very sought after. <\/p><p>Interested parties have the\nopportunity to bid online directly this year but CWC will assist with the\ntransportation of the wines from South Africa to Hong Kong. <\/p><p>Alternatively, as with\nprevious years, CWC will consolidate and coordinate a syndicate of buyers for\nthose people who prefer a few bottles of each wine.<\/p><p>CWC will be offering two tastings representing 29 different wines that will be on the auction block.&nbsp;
